1. Service Description

The Service includes:

• A fully customized Notion system tailored to the Client’s real estate business.

• Up to 3 hours of consulting, to be completed within 2 months of the initial meeting.

• Guidance on setup, which may include downloading Notion and Notion Calendar apps, and completing additional tasks specified via email or conference call to ensure maximum value from the system.

The Service does not include ongoing support beyond the consultation period, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

2. Payment Terms

• The total fee is $199, due in full at the time of purchase.

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

• No additional fees are required unless further services are agreed to separately.

3. Delivery & Onboarding

• Within 24 hours of payment, the Client will receive confirmation and next steps, including scheduling instructions for the first meeting if not already scheduled.

• The initial meeting will address the Client’s business pain points and include a preliminary evaluation of how the customized system will be built.

• After the initial meeting, the Client may schedule their first consulting hour to review the personalized system.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment.

• After 7 days, all sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued once significant customization work has been completed, at the Provider’s discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best results, the Client agrees to:

• Download and install Notion and related applications as requested.

• Complete any setup tasks assigned during onboarding or consulting sessions.

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding business processes and preferences.

Failure to complete these tasks may limit the effectiveness of the Service.

6. Consulting Support

• The Client is entitled to 3 total hours of consulting, which must be scheduled and completed within 2 months of the initial meeting.

• Unused consulting hours after this period are forfeited and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

• The customized Notion system is licensed for the Client’s personal business use only.

• The Client may not resell, redistribute, or share the customized system, in whole or in part, with other realtors or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost deals, income, or business opportunities. The Service is provided “as is,” and results may vary depending on the Client’s engagement and implementation.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box at checkout and completing payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
